The Beach is a thirty-acre site adjacent to the UNO main campus at the end of Elysian Fields along the shores of Lake Pontchartrain. Our campus offers approximately 600,000 square feet of office and laboratory space and free parking for all tenants and visitors in our lot and a 200,000-square-foot parking garage across the street from an acclaimed University.
All of our buildings offer panoramic views of Lake Pontchartrain and Downtown New Orleans.

Tenant Spaces
Advanced Technology Center (ATC)
Slated for renovations and standing tall at 5-stories and 79,000 square feet, the ATC Center houses large office spaces perfect for the post-COVID world where you can design an area optimized for safety and collaboration within your team.
Your neighbors would include The UNO Research & Technology Foundation, naval architects Technology Associates, Inc, the New Orleans Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Team Gleason Foundation.
Center for Energy Resources Management (CERM)
Built in 2002, CERM is a 5-story multi-tenant facility with wet labs, supportive office spaces, and executive suites. It is perfect for advanced manufacturing companies, information technology companies, and start-ups who need lab facilities with room to grow.
Lindy C. Boggs International Conference Center
An annex to the CERM building, the Boggs Conference Center offers 16,000 square feet for events, conferences, industry & trade shows, and more. Rooms include a 100-seat amphitheater, a 3,000 square foot meeting space with risers and screens, and multiple flex rooms that adapt to your needs.

Information Technology Center Complex (ITC #1–4)
The ITC complex includes four 100,000 square foot buildings located adjacent to our 200,000 square foot parking garage. Most of the complex is fully occupied, however there is limited space available in the multi-tenant ITC#1.
Avondale
Avondale offers 200,000 square feet of commercial space located on 4.5-acre campus 20 miles away on the west bank of the Mississippi River in Avondale, Louisiana. Currently, there is 20,000 square feet available for lease.
